Day 30 Workout

I have been so sore from my workout last Thursday. So this morning I went into the gym with no food and my eyes barely open.

Did a warm up

Deadlifts 2 sets x 5 reps at 295 lbs

Bent Over rows 4 sets x 12 reps at 115 lbs

Pull-Ups 3 sets x 8 reps

I had a really good day last Sunday. For some reason the 285 lbs felt light!
