  1. I would remove cheese and ranch dressing but add coconut oil. you got to be kidding with the safflower oil. That has to be typo, if not you be better get to reading about omega 6 oils and lineolic acid.

    • HOLY COW!!!! How did the Safflower oil hide itself in my list. I agree, the Safflower oil is not recommended. As for the cheese and ranch dressing I disagree, if we were trying to follow the orthodoxy of Paleo book then many would say it’s not paleo, but the list is more focused on Ketogenic than Paleo. The only time I would avoid the cheese or ranch dressing is if I had any kind of reaction or problem with them. I do not have any issue with dairy so I add cheese to everything I can!! But if you do have any type of reaction or distress when consuming it then the correct course for you is to definitely cut them out. It is not one way or the other as some people can process some foods while others have no issue with them.

  2. I done ketosis for a while but have been weight training with it I have put on a lot of weight I can’t understand why I now muscle weights more but the weight seems to b pilling on me… Do sell meal plans..,

  3. The list definitely needs editing. Pork/chicken liver and heart should be added, they are super nutritious. Carrots should be removed, they have only small traces of vitamins and minerals.. Nuts should be removed they are full of phytic acid, lectines and inflammatory omega-6. Those are protective mechanisms, we’re not ment to eat them ! Not sure about the flax seed either, it has Omega3 but it’s from alpha-Linolenic acid which is hard to be converted in the body. Olive oil is ok for salads but no cooking ! The real healthy fats are animal fats like butter and lard but they’re are not listed ?!
